Stockport based Instilled have delivered the first phases of a new project commissioned by London-based ABL Recruitment after a competitive pitch with capital agencies.
Instilled’s proposed concept for a complete rebrand and new website project won over ABL Recruitment and has been completed on time and on budget over a 3-month period.
From their Holborn offices, traditionally ABL have specialised in recruiting linguists. However, as the business has expanded, the diversity of candidate types and client types has broadened. ABL Recruitment now service both large blue-chip clients across the globe as well as more high-end sophisticated, luxury brands in Europe.
The head-hunting side of ABL is highly specialist. Focusing on the niche Lux sector, the recruitment specialist deals with high-end fashion and jewellery brands in Italy and France as well as the luxury car brands and motorsport teams. As such, the new ABL branding, and identities, reflect the two very different types of client.
Initially working on the core brand assets, the new ‘compass’ logo helps define ABL’s consultative approach to career development; a new strapline ‘Ambition Navigation’ reinforces the brand values.
