
Specialist property lender, Together, has begun work on an £8 million project to upgrade its headquarters in Cheadle Royal to accommodate its future growth ambitions.
Construction has started on a providing a link between its Lakeside and Lake View buildings at Cheadle Royal Business Park, Stockport.
The building, once complete, will include a new reception, a gym and shower block and a hairdressing salon, among other improvements such as refurbishments to the to the canteen and kitchen. The project is planned to complete by summer 2026.

Principal contractor Barnfield Construction began demolition of the previous façade of Lakeside earlier this year after Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council agreed planning consent in 2023.
The architect is C4 Projects Limited, interior and principal designer and XO Square as the project’s structural and civil engineer. Artal acted as the employers’ agents and surveyors, with Speakman Contractors as the mechanical and electrical design consultants, and Assent as the construction, design and management advisors.
