Business, transport and a greener city region is high on the agenda for Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham who next month will host a Green Summit.
To help realise this ambition, the Greater Manchester Mayor is holding a landmark Green Summit on 21 March. Ahead of this, a wide range of organisations are holding listening workshops with key stakeholder groups to explore the ways in which we can all shape a sustainable future for the city region and discuss possible pathways and milestones for achieving carbon neutrality as quickly as possible.

As part of the Green Summit, Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) will be hosting one of the workshop sessions focusing on green transport. We recognise that the region’s businesses have a critical interest in this area and an important role to play in creating a carbon-neutral economy.
