To provide support, guidance, advice and solutions to the ever changing needs of a broad employer base across Stockport, the North West and indeed the UK. Then we do exactly the same for the people they want to recruit.
We have a ‘two stage’ approach to interviewing all prospective employees for the companies we support: The first stage is a telephone interview to ascertain an individual’s job requirements and ideals.
If we can help, we’ll invite them to our offices for a second stage face to face interview. We then uncover the fundamental requirements of skill and experience in more depth, as well as getting to see and understand softer skills such as; personality and character.
This traditional, yet too often overlooked approach, is why our ‘retention after rebate period’ is consistently high (Currently standing at 92%).
Getting to understand the companies we recruit for is paramount to our success. Culture and character play such a big part in the recruitment process that ignoring them will invariably cost you some bottom line.
We believe this is why we currently have a repeat business rate of 85% (Consistently between 85-90% year on year).
