Peak Translations, a leading North West translation and interpreting company, has refreshed its website and launched the company’s new image for 2017.
“Over the past year, we have been focusing on improving the customer experience we offer to our clients and ensuring they get the maximum benefit from the services we provide,” commented Peak Translation’s MD, Helen Provart.
Since taking over the company in 2014, Helen has reviewed the range of services offered to clients and their experience when working with Peak Translations.
“It is vital that we get the message out about how Peak Translation helps clients to communicate more effectively – at home and abroad – as well as assisting our clients to boost international sales.”
By having clearly defined areas for each of the core business sectors, Peak Translation’s new website makes it clear to their clients and prospective clients that they deliver expert language services and a thorough understanding of their individual client’s industries. By using experts in each field of business, the technical context and terminology is sympathetic to, and exactly appropriate, to each individual business sector.
It was also important to demonstrate the process that goes on behind the scenes at Peak so clients can understand the work carried out by their Project Management team to ensure your language projects achieve the right results.
The new website identifies the underlying values that have been the company’s driving force, as well as formalising its mission and vision.
“It has been a very exciting journey for us as it has given us the opportunity to really understand what makes the company tick and to promote its values in everything we do. We are spending more time visiting clients in order to be able to provide better support which means we can build stronger relationships and ultimately a better service,” commented Project Manager, Sarah Lewis.
The new Peak approach has been captured in its new Welcome booklet, which outlines the customer journey and ways in which clients are supported.
With this new approach to presenting the services and client experience offered by Peak, Helen also felt the time was right for a refreshed brand image. The logo has been refreshed and modernised and the brand is now reflected consistently throughout the website and marketing materials.
“It made sense to refresh the company brand, in line with the revised focus on specialist language services in our core sectors. We want clients to know that Peak provides a professional service, with expert linguists in a range of sectors, delivering accurate language services and we needed to make sure our brand reflected those core values” added Helen.
